During select summers, TDF offers a virtual Directing Plays and Musicals in the School and Classroom course through the NYC Department of Education's After School Professional Development Program (ASPDP). NYC public school teachers can earn professional credits along the way (P-credits and CTLE hours), and all participants receive a complimentary one-year membership to TDF. Best of all, teachers from anywhere can enroll because it's all online!

Summer P-Credit Course for Teachers: 3 Credits
Learn how to stage shows with your students! Participants will meet with TDF teaching artist and award-winning director Stephen DiMenna for two hours each day for a week via Zoom. Demonstrations, discussions and activities will happen online, and teachers will be given assignments to complete on their own and present the next day to the group.
