From October to May the MCC Youth Company Performance and Playwriting labs have been hard at work creating original content, activating their artistic visions, and developing the stories that matter to them.
Co-Directors Kevin Carillo and Javon Q. Minter have worked in collaboration with our performance lab students to present Uncensored: Shake the Room. A mosaic of scenes, monologues, movement pieces and poetry, Uncensored promises a perceptive look into the questions our young people are confronting and the world they wish to create.
