SAMUEL BECKETT (1906-1989), one of the most important writers in 20th-century literature and drama, was born in Foxrock, Ireland, and attended Trinity College Dublin.  In 1969 Beckett was awarded the Noble Prize in Literature and was commended for having transformed the destitution of man into his exaltation.

Happy Days is widely regarded as a masterpiece and one of the 20th-century's most important plays. This production is directed by Woodstock Fringe Artistic Director, Wallace Norman and stars Bette Carlson and Ric Siler.  

Happy Days marks the return of Woodstock Fringe to the Byrdcliffe Theatre for the first time since 2012.
