Serving as the conservancy organization for the park, OSH&WP has overseen $9.5 million in park renovations, provides education programming for 7,000 students annually, and fosters a welcoming space for more than 200 individual artists, small and medium sized arts organizations and family events each year.
Hosts the hugely popular residency with Piper Theatre every July — featuring equity showcase productions ranging from works by Shakespeare to Bloody, Bloody Andrew Jackson and Sweeney Todd. We’re also the home to Piper’s energetic workshop program, which provides a creative space for over 200 children ages 7 to 16 every July, as well as afterschool programs during the school year. Our tri-season residency program focuses on theater for young people and their families, working with companies including Spellbound and Trusty Sidekick
