Under the leadership of conductor, educator, and music historian Leon Botstein, TŌN mines the wealth of underperformed repertoire, reimagines traditional concert formats, and strives to make the experience of the performers a part of the listeners’ experience. The musicians of TŌN hail from across the U.S. and six other countries: Hungary, Korea, China, Japan, Canada, and Venezuela.
The Orchestra Now returns to Hudson Hall to welcome spring with a lively program including Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's The Abduction from the Seraglio Overture, Juan Crisotomo de Arriaga's Symphony in D, and Franz Schubert's Symphony No. 5.
