A new experience is coming...
We're excited to launch a new sales and donations platform on This impacts you if you're a member, donor or producer. We're still ironing out the final details, but here's a sneak peek of what's to come in just a few days for TDF members.

How will I login?
We have great news, you get to keep your existing login and password! The sign in page will simply look a little different:

Login with email address and password, or sign up for new user accounts

I need help getting around!
All of your favorite filters are still available. Filter by venue, category, date, keyword and more. We've made some of them even easier to find:

We hope you find a great match but if you don't find what you're looking for, click 
Clear Filters to wipe away all of your selections and start anew.

I am having difficulty accessing tickets, donations, gift memberships and more. What should I do?

I cannot remember my password. How do I retrieve it?
If you have lost or misplaced your password, you will be able to use our automated system to retrieve your account information by clicking “Forgot your password?" located on the TDF Login page.
If you would like us to send you an email to reset your password, please contact with your full name, address, telephone number and email address.

I have tried to renew my membership, but the page is unavailable.
As part of this upgrade all transactional pages are coming down. Please check back soon. We expect to be back up and running on October 10.

I can't find the information I need here. What should I do?
